Royal Apparel manufacturers recycled plastic shirts and garments made of fabric blends or RPET blends using recycled plastics from bottles and polyesters. Our blends are a mixture of 100% organic cotton and recycled plastics and/or polyesters, usually in a 50/50 ratio (tri-blend fabrics available). Our environmentally friendly, soft, comfortable shirts, t-shirts and other apparel are getting rave reviews incidentally, we control manufacturing.

Our suppliers provide cotton fabric from organic farms free of harmful pesticides, and all of our products are sweatshop free. We manufacture recycled plastic shirts and apparel in the USA.

Eco Friendly RPET Fine Jersey Fabrics

We use RPET fine jersey fabric in a variety of our inventory stock or custom manufactured shirts, long sleeves, short sleeves, pullovers and other apparel. RPET fine jersey fabric is a 30/1 ratio of combed ring spun organic cotton and recycled polyester made from plastic bottles! You may think this is a bit crazy, but you can actually buy affordable environmentally friendly clothing, or eco friendly recycled plastic shirts, t-shirts and other garments that are soft and comfortable to wear.
